A free session for dad’s, with Emma our playworker

What a year this has been for new fathers. To celebrate fathers day and say thank you for all the hard work dad’s do, we are offering this free Dad’s Baby Massage session. Those taking part will also be offered complimentary refreshments. Mum’s are welcome to come along for a cuppa & a biscuit at the same time.

Baby needs to be over 8 weeks (corrected if premature) and pre-crawling. Baby massage is a lovely way to bond with your baby & learn skills to help baby to relax. You can read more about massage in this article from the NCT.

This session will be from 130-3pm on Saturday 19th June. Please only book if you intend to attend as spaces are very limited. We will add another session if the session is popular.

You will learn how to massage your baby from their head to their toes. Emma is a fully qualified baby massage instructor, childminder, playworker and has been working with parent and children for over 25 years. You can read more about Emma and the rest of our team here.

Where is the baby massage in Barnstaple taking place?

At our new premises, Early Nourishment CIC, Church House, Church Walk, EX31 1DE. If you walk up Butchers Row, past Cafe Nero & East and West Bakery, then take a right into the church yard. You will see our signage on the left as pictured. Come in through the big brown door and we are on the right. Scan the QR code for track & trace then Emma will show you where to park your buggy and where to sit.
